The Practices

Four hands. One firm.

Each practice is led by a named clinician or operator. None are open to the public. All are commissioned through the office, and coordinated by a single Chief of Staff so that the principal hears one voice and the family hears one voice.

Architecture

Avina Wellness is the parent. Four practices sit beneath it. The Chief of Staff is the orchestration layer that selects, schedules, and reports across all four. A principal does not contract with four practices. They contract with Avina Wellness, and the engagement letter governs which practices the case requires.

The practices are designed to interlock. A principal may begin in Home Detox, transition into the care of a Companion, hold steady through Telehealth, and pass through periodic IV protocols, without ever working with more than one office, one Chief of Staff, one contract.

Practice 01 · Flagship

Avina Home Detox

Hospital protocol delivered without the hospital. Physician-led. Twenty-four-hour licensed nursing.

  • Alcohol, benzodiazepine, opioid, polysubstance, stimulant.
  • Five days minimum. Most engagements run seven to ten.
  • The Medical Director approves every case before clinical work begins.
  • Withdrawal scoring hourly. Vitals at every medication.
  • Operating in California, New York, Florida.

Senior companions and case managers, paired and led from the office.

  • Operators trained in presence, structure, and stabilisation.
  • Pairing matched by personality and lifestyle, not just skill.
  • Thirty, sixty, ninety-day arcs.
  • Case managers report to the Chief of Staff each week.
  • We do not place strangers in homes.

One contract

A principal does not contract with four practices.

They contract with Avina Wellness. The Chief of Staff selects the practices, schedules the clinicians, governs the data, and reports to the family. The four practices flex within the four engagement states. The contract does not.
