Avina Wellness LLC is a private firm. The information we hold about a principal, a family, or a prospective enquirer is held to the standard the case requires, no less and no more.
From the public site: an email address, a name, a city, and a free-text note, only when you submit the enquiry form. We do not run analytics that identify you. We do not embed advertising trackers. We do not run a chat widget. The site logs ordinary HTTP request data at the server, which is purged on a rolling thirty-day window unless retained for an active engagement.
Once you become a principal under engagement, the data we hold is governed by the engagement letter and our HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. The Medical Director is the data steward of clinical records. The Chief of Staff is the data steward of operational records.
We share nothing without your explicit, written instruction. We do not sell, rent, license, or transfer your information to any third party. We do not respond to unsolicited requests for information about a principal, regardless of who is asking.
We will respond to lawful subpoena, court order, or regulatory inquiry to the minimum extent legally required, with notice to you wherever the law permits, and with the smallest possible disclosure consistent with our legal obligation.
Enquiry submissions that do not progress to engagement are deleted after ninety days. Engagement records are retained for the period required by the jurisdictions in which we operate (typically seven years for clinical records), then permanently deleted under a verified right-to-forget cascade across every encrypted column.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by writing to privacy@avinawellness.com. Where the law gives you a right to portability, we will deliver your information to you in a structured format within thirty days.
