Kelly holds a small book of engagements , fewer than ten families at any time , and is personally in every major decision. Her team extends her reach without diluting her attention.

Kelly has worked in behavioural health coordination since 2013. She is affiliated with Launch, an established interventionist practice in Los Angeles, and partners regularly with Ethos and adjacent residential and step-down programmes. Avina Wellness is the licensed entity through which regulatory and payer-facing work is delivered; Avina Private Office is the commercial-facing brand for private engagements.
She lives and works in Los Angeles. Many of her clients do not.
